Contact and Q&A form submissions are submitted via embedded Google Forms. Submissions are stored indefinitely in our Google Drive database. We reserve the right to store, archive, and/or utilize all submissions, including feedback, questions, comments, and other documented engagement, to better serve our audience.
We offer various forms to collect feedback from our audience. We may utilize submitted questions and comments to create content or begin discussions around a given topic. In such a case that your question or comment is utilized in this way, your comment may be paraphrased or edited for clarity, brevity, or any other reason, provided the edits do not misrepresent the intention of the original question or comment.
Your identity will always be kept anonymous unless we obtain permission to represent you visually or by name on freelancewritingcafe.com and on our social media channels.
If you upload images to this website (a feature not currently available to all users), you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on this website.
